Can anyone explain the ILP program, and what it does, and how it works for us??... I know I qualify, and yes I have ILP needs but what does this program really offer?.. E.D.

Make sure you inform the VA about your SSD if the reason you are getting SSD is because of service connected injuries.I don't know all of your circumstances but if your service connected disabilities...
